<p class="MsoNormal">O emotie, doua emotii&#8230;genul feminin si nu numai. Atat timp cat suntem vii avem emotii si asta e bine.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Scriu acest articol cu gandul la clientii mei cu care am lucrat pana acum si care se “plangeau” ca au emotii la interviu.</p>
<p>Si stiti ceva&#8230;si cel care intervieveaza are emotii, doar ca datorita experientei a invatat sa le foloseaca si nu il mai perturba.</p>
<p>Care sunt manifestarile care apar atunci cand suntem “inundati” de emotii si ce putem face pentru a le domoli si a beneficia din plin de &#8222;apa&#8221; (energia) prospata furnizata de emotii<strong>:</strong></p>

Daca nu ai posibilitatea sa te speli pe maini, inainte de a intinde mana pentru salut, discret si natural sterge-te de propria haina.</p>
<p><strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"> &#8211; Respiratia a luat-o razna</strong> – ce poti sa faci : atent/a “priveste” cum intra si iese aerul prin nari.<strong><br />

Este una dintre cele mai provocatoare sectiuni de aceea, spre a veni in ajutorul tau, voi fi mai specifica.</p>
<p>„Pentru fiecare poziție listată, scrie una sau mai multe istorisiri legate de experiența în muncă. Cele trei elemente ale unei istorisiri legate de experiența în muncă sunt:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Provocarea </strong>sau circumstanțele în care ai început proiectul sau sarcina.</li>
<li><strong>Acțiunea</strong> pe care ai întreprins-o pentru a crea un rezultat sau a rezolva o problemă.</li>
<li><strong>Rezultatul</strong> care a decurs din acțiune, cuantificat oricând acest lucru este posibil.</li>
</ul>
<p>Iată un exemplu al unei istorisiri legate de experiența în muncă:</p>
<p><em>Provocare</em>: Când am fost promovată ca director de vânzări și marketing pentru regiunea 5, aceasta era regiunea cu cele mai slabe performanțe dintre cele treizeci de regiuni teritoriale. Provocarea mea a fost să cresc performanțele și rezultatele globale cât mai rapid posibil.</p>
<p><em>Acțiune</em>: În acest scop, am avut o întâlnire cu cele douăzeci de persoane implicate în vânzări, am stabilit împreună zece obiective agresive pentru următoarele șase, până la douăsprezece luni și am conceput o strategie promoțională pentru a crește notorietatea produselor noastre în rândul clienților, incluzând beneficii acordate pentru noile achiziții, aplicabile pe o perioadă determinată.</p>
<p><em>Rezultat</em>: În nouăzeci de zile vânzările au crescut cu 15 procente, iar până la sfârșitul anului am ajuns pe locul doi în țară, cu 1,2 milioane venituri din vânzări.</p>
<p>Acum, scrie <strong>cel puțin trei istorisiri legate de experiența în muncă</strong>, pe foi separate sau pe computerul tău, pentru fiecare dintre pozițiile ocupate de tine. Acestea vor fi integrate și în <strong>cv-ul tau</strong>, in <strong>interviuri</strong> și așa mai departe. Ar fi bine să ai cel puțin <strong>opt – zece istorisiri în total</strong>, câte una pentru fiecare aptitudine și cel puțin câte una pentru fiecare loc de muncă.” M. Bench<br />
Dupa redactarea detaliata, sintetizeaza intr-o fraza <strong>Provocarea+Actiunile+Rezultat</strong>. In cv adauga doar rezultatul, detaliile pastreaza-le pentru interviu si pentru <strong>ridicarea moralului tau</strong> :).</p>

Tocmai cunoscusem un “vanator de capete” (profesionist care se ocupa cu recrutarea si plasarea celor mai talentati profesionisti), ocupatie cu care m-am indeletnicit si eu pana sa fiu sedusa de coaching.<br />
Bineinteles ca am inceput sa ne impartasim din experientele trecute si prezente. La un moment dat domnul imi spune ca are un job de director financiar la o companie multinationala.</p>
<p>“Stiu un profesionist foarte bun,” ii zic. “Doamna X.”<br />
“Ah, o stiu. Chiar o am in vedere pentru proiectul acesta.”</p>
<p>Amintindu-mi de doamna “X” am rememorat cum ne-am cunoscut. A trimis un cv foarte bine redactat (vezi articolul: <strong><a title="Edit “CV-ul de la simplu la perfect – detaliile care fac diferenta”" href="http://dezvoltareacarierei.ro/cv-scrisoarea-de-intentie/cv-ul-de-la-simplu-la-perfect-%E2%80%93-detaliile-care-fac-diferenta/">CV-ul de la simplu la perfect – detaliile care fac diferenta</a></strong>), apoi a sunat si a verificat daca au ajuns documentele si a solicitat o intalnire cu un consultant.  Aceasta era strategia ei. Si a dat roade.  Profesionista, cu un plan clar de actiune pe care l-a si implementat, a ajuns in pozitia sa fie anuntata de oportunitatile noi ivite in piata.</p>
<p>Pe scurt, cum bine zice Howard Figler in regula sa 60-30-10, sa petreci:<br />
&#8211;          10 % din timp pentru pregatirea si trimiterea de documente: cv, scrisori de intentie, elemente pentru portofoliu;</p>
<p>&#8211;          30% in comunicarea electronica – telefon, mail, etc</p>
<p>&#8211;          60% din timpul acordat promovarii tale ca si profesionist in intalnirile directe cu “noduri de retea” cum le numesc eu adica consultanti, hr, manageri din domeniul tau si din mediile pe care le vizezi.</p>

1.      Noteaza-ti, retine si ia cu tine <strong>datele de contact</strong>:<br />
&#8211;  adresa<br />
&#8211;  telefonul<br />
&#8211;  numele intervievatorului<br />
&#8211;  ora interviului<br />
2.      Imbraca-te intr-o <strong>tinuta adecvata</strong> interviului.<br />
3.      Reciteste si retine <strong>detalii asupra jobului</strong> (este de dorit sa le ai inainte de a accepta un interviu):<br />
&#8211; responsabilitati<br />
&#8211; cui raporteaza cel care ocupa postul<br />
&#8211; cate persoane are in subordine<br />
4.      Informeaza-te asupra <strong>istoriei si planurilor viioare ale companiei.</strong><br />
5.      Culege si retine <strong>informatii despre intervievatori</strong>:<br />
&#8211;  informatii personale<br />
&#8211; ce le place ce nu le place<br />
&#8211; hobby<br />
&#8211; familie<br />
6.      Pregateste-ti <strong>intrebari clarificatoare</strong> asupra jobului si companiei.<br />
7.      Reaminteste-ti  <strong>punctele de interes din experienta anterioara</strong>, puncte de care ar fi interesat intervievatorul. Pregateste-ti <strong>exemple concrete</strong> din activitatea profesionala.<br />
8.      Scoate la lumina <strong>increderea ta in tine</strong> ca si profesionist.</p>

<p>In primul rand ceea ce doreste sa observe. <strong>Unde ii este focusul?</strong> Poate fi tinuta, coafura, sclipirea din ochi&#8230;Personal cautam privirea interlocutorului si stabileam un contact la nivelul ochilor.<br />
In mod sigur <strong>va observa daca ceva nu e la locul sau</strong>. Poate fi prea mult machiaj pe fata sau parul neingrijit, decolteul prea adanc, bijuterii in exces, parfum prea puternic, haine prea stramte sau neadecvate unui interviu. De aceea va recomand <strong>sa acordati atentie detaliilor exterioare</strong>.</p>
<p>In al doilea rand, si in acelasi timp cu prima faza, <strong>apare atitudinea ta</strong>.<br />
Cum esti? Increzator/oare, calm/a umil/a, vesel/a, increzut/a, nervos/oasa, agitat/a&#8230;<br />
Care este emotia care te domina?<br />
Ce crezi tu despre tine in acea ipostaza?<br />
Ce crezi despre compania pentru care candidezi?<br />
Ce crezi tu despre cel cu care urmeaza sa ai intalnirea?<br />
Care este obiectivul tau?</p>
<p><strong>Toate acestea construiesc atitudinea ta.</strong></p>
<p>In al treilea rand <strong>felul in care saluti</strong>. Strangerea mainii (atentie la palmele transpirate si la intensitatea stangerii mainii), contactul vizual, zambetul, intensitatea si caldura vocii atunci cand saluti.</p>
<p>Restul se construieste pe aceasta baza.</p>

Minunat !</p>
<p>Stii ca ca jobul respectiv ti se potriveste “manusa” si este ceea ce iti doresti tu sa faci ACUM. Oare este <strong>potrivita pentru tine compania</strong> care tocmai te-a invitat sa te cunoasca? Acum este o oportunitate excelenta sa o <strong>cunosti si tu direct</strong> dincolo de sloganuri, branduri si zvonuri.</p>
<p>Recomandam candidatilor <strong>sa citeasca tot ce exista pe internet</strong> despre compania de care erau interesati. Si le mai spuneam ceva: MIROSITI compania. Ei zambeau si eu ma bucuram ca ii faceam sa zambeasca apoi le explicam: observa tot, simte tot, <strong>lasa-ti intuitia sa functioneze la parametri maximi</strong>, apoi tragi o concluzie.</p>
<p>Are birou de receptie?<br />
Cum sunt imbracate receptionistele?<br />
Abilitatile lor corespund jobului pentru care sunt acolo?<br />
Ti-a cerut si oprit buletinul la intrare sau doar si-a notat cum te numesti?<br />
Cati agenti de paza sunt la intrare?<br />
Este curatenie?<br />
Ai fost primit/a la timp?<br />
Cine te-a intervievat? Recrutorul? Managerul de resurse umane? Managerul de departament? Sau poate chiar directorul general?<br />
Care este atmosfera? Relaxata?  Ca la armata?<br />
Ti se ofera ceva de baut? Cine iti aduce ceea ce ai ales sa bei?</p>
<p>Si aspectele pot continua.</p>
<p>Prima impresie conteaza atat in registrul personal cat si in cel organizational. Si intuitia ta iti ofera cele mai corecte si rafinate informatii. <strong>Observa. Asculta. Simte. Intreaba. Concluzioneaza. Apoi ia o decizie</strong>.</p>

<p>Sunt insa <strong>elemente care fac diferenta</strong> intre un cv si un <strong>cv perfect</strong>. Il numesc perfect pe acel cv care te prezinta intr-o <strong>lumina profesionista si prietenoasa</strong>. Sunt acele cv-uri care iti raman pe retina si in memorie mult timp si vrei neaparat sa-l cunosti pe omul cu acel cv.</p>
<p>In 7 ani am vazut, <strong>mii de cv-uri</strong>. De multe ori doar pentru un job studiam minim 500 de cv-uri.</p>
<p>Ce imi atragea atentia in mod special la un cv si ma facea sa exclam: ”iata un cv perfect. Imi place si sunt foarte curioasa sa-l cunosc pe acest om”? Un carcotas ar spune: ”bine, poate nu si-a facut singur cv-ul” si poate fi adevarat insa nu conteaza. Important este ca si-a propus sa se prezinte intr-un mod profesionist.</p>
<p>Iata care sunt <strong>elementele care fac diferenta</strong>:</p>
<p>&#8211; Alege un <strong>format consacrat</strong>. De exemplu cv-ul european.<br />
&#8211; Completeaza-l <strong>ingrijit</strong>, fara greseli de scriere.<br />
&#8211; In partea de sus <strong>adauga o poza</strong> bust cu tine, nu mai mare de ¾ cm. Expresia sa reflecte personalitatea ta si nu a iepurasului inghetat sub lumina reflectoarelor. Hainele pe care le porti in poza sa fie in acord cu pozitia pe care doresti sa o ocupi (nu ma astept ca un copywriter sa se imbrace cel putin in camasa pentru a poza pentru cv).<br />
&#8211; Perioada in care ai lucrat la o firma sa cuprinda <strong>luna si anul</strong> de incepere si de incheiere a activitatii.<br />
&#8211; <strong>Prezinta succint responsabilitatile</strong> pe care le-ai avut la fiecare pozitie.<br />
&#8211; <strong>Insista pe realizari</strong>. Foarte important: detaliaza cat iti permite confidentialitatea ce proiecte ai realizat, ce bugete ai gestionat, ce rezultate ai obtinut in comparatie cu targetul stabilit.<br />
&#8211; Cate persoane ai avut in <strong>subordine</strong> si ce functie ocupau ele.<br />
&#8211; Cui <strong>raportai</strong>.<br />
&#8211; Pune in evidenta <strong>cuvinte cheie</strong> (bold sau subliniat).<br />
&#8211; Alege <strong>culoarea neagra</strong> pentru caractere.</p>
