Am impartasit fiecareia  parcursul meu pe calea coachingului (m-am obisnuit sa vorbesc despre lucruri pe care le-am experimentat) si acum am decis sa va prezint si  voua care sunt pasii pe care ii recomand celor care doresc sa devina coach profesionist:

1. Alegeti o scoala de coaching recunoscuta international. E o garantie a calitatii si va ofera posibilitatea de a va certifica international. Eu am urmat cursurile Metasysteme Coaching ( www.metasysteme-coaching.ro ) care este recunoscuta de Federatia Internationala de Coaching ( www.coachfederation.org ).

2. Pe langa cursurile de baza in care practicati abilitatile necesare unui coach ( prezenta, contractarea, ascultarea, tacerea, formularea de intrebari ) e necesara si supervizarea care sa fie realizata de un profesionist acreditat
( il recomand cu caldura pe Alain Cardon care este Master Coach).

3. Practicati cat mai mult posibil. La inceput peer-coaching (cu colegii) si cand va simtiti pregatiti pentru clienti adevarati indrazniti cu incredere. Oricum solutiile sunt la client :). Am rezerve mari in ceea ce priveste practicarea coachingului cu prieteni sau in familie.

4. Anuntam in titlu “coach profesionist” – ce face diferinta intre coach. CALITATEA !  Pe langa o scoala bine facuta si practicarea coachingului la standarde inalte este important sa respectati si codul etic (  http://www.coachfederation.org/about-icf/ethics/icf-code-of-ethics/  ).

5. Acreditarea este necesara. Federatia Internationala de Coaching ofera posibilitatea acreditarii in anumite conditii pe care le gasiti pe site-ul federatiei. Sunt 3 trepte: ACC, PCC si MCC. In Romania sunt doar 18 coach acreditati ACC si un PCC.

“INDIVIDUAL & TEAM DIAGNOSIS FOR LEADERS&COACHES”

A two-day foundational workshop for leaders, managers, coaches, consultants, trainers, and HR specialists. Two intense days of theory and practice on individual, team and organizational diagnostics, to acquire the special perspective a systemic coaching approach can add to your comprehension of systems, of how they work, of how they grow to become winners, of how they evolve in time and of how they reconfigure.

• A deeper knowledge of four key team and organizational cultures: how to adapt one’s coaching and management strategies to help each one of them benefit from its full specific potential.
• A systemic tool to accompany teams as they diagnose their own profiles and define their own potentials. This tool can be central in a team coaching process.  The tool is free of royalties and can be used by professional immediately following the workshop.
• Connections with other existing management models, such as Blake and Mouton, Hersey and Blanchard, Process Communication (Taïbi Kahler), time management models, motivational models, ethnological models, etc.
• An introduction to systemic theory as it applies to leadership, project management, organization development, team coaching and organizational coaching.
