De curand l-am auzit spunand-o si noilor invatacei cu care s-a intalnit intr-un cadru informal (iulie 2012). DA&#8230;.pentru o insotire de buna calitate a unui client in coaching e obigatoriu sa iti asculti si urmezi INTUITIA.<br />
Din 2008 de cand l-am intalnit pe Alain tot lucrez la a fi receptiva la <strong>glasul soptit al vocii interioare</strong> care iti transmite <strong>cele mai bune ganduri</strong>&#8230;.si cred ca e un proces care dureaza toata viata&#8230;<br />
Am observat profesionisti din alte domenii care iti asculta si urmeaza intuitia. De exemplu medici. Am avut nevoie de serviciile a 2 doctorite si m-am bucurat foarte mult cand am vazut ca acestea functioneaza&#8230;.altfel. Si ma refer la felul in care gasesc diagnosticul si la tratamentul pe care il propun. Sunt absolut geniale !  <br />
In orice domeniu si in orice moment intuitia poate fi folosita la Maxim.<br />
Este o “functie” care abia asteapta sa fie activata si folosita. O recomand cu caldura.<br />
Iata si o definitie academica din <strong>dictionarul explicativ al limbii romane:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Capacitatea conștiinței</strong> de a descoperi, pe cale rațională (în mod spontan), <strong>esența, sensul unei probleme, al unui obiect</strong>. ♦ Principiu didactic conform căruia procesul predării și însușirii cunoștințelor trebuie să pornească de la reflectarea senzorială nemijlocită a obiectelor și fenomenelor studiate.</li>
<li>Descoperire bruscă, neașteptată, a unui adevăr, a unei soluții etc. ♦ <strong>Pătrundere instinctivă în esența unui lucru</strong>.</li>

<p>Two intensive days to acquire specific skills to better <em>manage and coach</em> executive teams as performance-focused collaborative and learning environments.  This advanced workshop is specifically tailored for leaders, project and network managers, team and organizational coaches and team building consultants.</p>
<p><strong>Outcomes:</strong> The participants will acquire:</p>

<li>A clearly defined, systemic understanding of how to build results-oriented and truly empowered, participative teams.</li>
<li>A set of practical tools to create such delegation environments in their own teams, or in client teams and organizations.</li>
<li>Personal behaviors that will allow each to assume pertinent positions as team members, team leaders or team coaches.</li>
<li>Coaching tools to accompany large systems in order to transform organizational cultures to achieve both operational and strategic success.</li>
<li>New tools to implement effective information flow, stop rumors, make and communicate collective decisions, follow up action plans, etc. to develop performing teams and organizations. </li>
</ul>
<p>Systemic delegation processes are communication tools that permit major shifts in team and organization paradigms and cultures. They facilitate collective growth, better transversal collaboration, ownership, accountability, team maturity and focus on results, constructive confrontation, and general business sense. Basic understanding of management and coaching is necessary, as this workshop will not cover the fundamentals of a management or coaching posture.</p>
