<p class="MsoNormal">O emotie, doua emotii&#8230;genul feminin si nu numai. Atat timp cat suntem vii avem emotii si asta e bine.</p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Scriu acest articol cu gandul la clientii mei cu care am lucrat pana acum si care se “plangeau” ca au emotii la interviu.</p>
<p>Si stiti ceva&#8230;si cel care intervieveaza are emotii, doar ca datorita experientei a invatat sa le foloseaca si nu il mai perturba.</p>
<p>Care sunt manifestarile care apar atunci cand suntem “inundati” de emotii si ce putem face pentru a le domoli si a beneficia din plin de &#8222;apa&#8221; (energia) prospata furnizata de emotii<strong>:</strong></p>

Daca nu ai posibilitatea sa te speli pe maini, inainte de a intinde mana pentru salut, discret si natural sterge-te de propria haina.</p>

<p>Este de dorit ca persoana careia ii adresezi intrebarile sa aiba <strong>legatura directa cu departamentul</strong>  din care face parte pozitia pentru care candidezi sau sa fie cel mult din departamentul de hr. </p>
<p>Ideal ar fi <strong>sa ai posibilitatea de a adresa toate intrebarile</strong> insa exista situatii in care nu este  timpul necesar  asa ca <strong>selecteaza-ti  cateva absolut importante pentru tine</strong> :</p>
<p>1. Cum s-a ajuns ca aceasta pozitie sa fie disponibila?</p>
<p>2. Este o pozitie nou creata?</p>
<p>3. De ce cautati in afara companiei persoane care sa ocupe acesta pozitie?</p>
<p>4. Cat timp a detinut acesta pozitie persoana pe care o voi inlocui?</p>
<p>5. De cate ori a fost acesta pozitie vacanta in ultimii 5 ani?</p>
<p>6. Care sunt punctele tari si vulnerabilitatile persoanei pe care o inlocuiesc?</p>
<p>7. Presupunand ca mi se ofera si accept acesta pozitie ce obiective specifice se asteapta compania sa ating in primele 6 &#8211; 12  luni?</p>
<p>8. Cum se desfasoara evaluarile performantelor?</p>
<p>9. Care este prioritatea numarul  1 pentru persoana care accepta acest job?</p>
<p>10. Care credeti ca sunt principalele atuuri de care are nevoie o persoana pentru acest job?</p>
<p>11. Care sunt cateva dintre obiectivele pe termen mai lung ale companiei pentru acest job si pentru departament?</p>
<p>12. Care este principala provocare pentru acesta pozitie?</p>
<p>13. Cum si-a demonstrat compania succesul in ultimii ani ?</p>
<p>14. Care este pozitia actuala pe piata sau cota de piata a firmei in domeniul ei de activitate? (daca cercetarile tale preliminare nu au gasit raspunsul)</p>
<p>15. Care sunt atuurile firmei ? (de ex. departamente performante, produse de exceptie, servicii foarte apreciate, etc)</p>
<p>16. Care sunt cele 3 pana la 5 trasaturi pe care trebuie sa le detina candidatul ideal?</p>
<p>17.  Care sunt urmatorii pasi in procesul dvs. de selectie? Intodeauna pune acesta intrebare. Clarifica,  fa follow-up si obtine permisiunea de a recontacta persoana cu care ai avut interviul.</p>

1.      Noteaza-ti, retine si ia cu tine <strong>datele de contact</strong>:<br />
&#8211;  adresa<br />
&#8211;  telefonul<br />
&#8211;  numele intervievatorului<br />
&#8211;  ora interviului<br />
2.      Imbraca-te intr-o <strong>tinuta adecvata</strong> interviului.<br />
3.      Reciteste si retine <strong>detalii asupra jobului</strong> (este de dorit sa le ai inainte de a accepta un interviu):<br />
&#8211; responsabilitati<br />
&#8211; cui raporteaza cel care ocupa postul<br />
&#8211; cate persoane are in subordine<br />
4.      Informeaza-te asupra <strong>istoriei si planurilor viioare ale companiei.</strong><br />
5.      Culege si retine <strong>informatii despre intervievatori</strong>:<br />
&#8211;  informatii personale<br />
&#8211; ce le place ce nu le place<br />
&#8211; hobby<br />
&#8211; familie<br />
6.      Pregateste-ti <strong>intrebari clarificatoare</strong> asupra jobului si companiei.<br />
7.      Reaminteste-ti  <strong>punctele de interes din experienta anterioara</strong>, puncte de care ar fi interesat intervievatorul. Pregateste-ti <strong>exemple concrete</strong> din activitatea profesionala.<br />
8.      Scoate la lumina <strong>increderea ta in tine</strong> ca si profesionist.</p>

Acum are serviciu si se aud zvonuri ca vor fi <strong>disponibilizari. Stres maxim</strong>. “Vai ce ma fac? Raman fara job si in orasul acesta nu sunt locuri de munca (oras de provincie). X e somer, Y isi cauta de 5 luni si nu a gasit nimic, Z la fel.” Simteam ca ametesc. Atata gandire pozitiva nu mai intalnisem de cand am vizitat un alt amic in alt oras de provincie.</p>
<p>L-am intrebat: <strong>”Ai cunoscuti care si-au gasit loc de munca? “</strong><br />
“Da !” raspunse si i s-a luminat fata.<br />
“Aceia cum si-au gasit loc de munca?”<br />
“Pai asa si asa&#8230;”<br />
“Excelent!”, raspund.<br />
Moment de tacere. Se gandeste.<br />
“Aaa, mi-a venit o idee, uite daca maine nu as mai avea serviciu, poimaine as face asta si asta si asta&#8230;. <strong>Uau, cate posibilitati am !</strong> Cum de nu m-am gandit pana acum? ”<br />
Exact !<br />
Cum de nu te-ai gandit pana acum? <strong>Daca lucrurile se intampla sau nu depinde doar de tine</strong>. De felul in care gandesti, de modul in care actionezi, de perseverenta ta, de toate detaliile care conteaza.</p>

<p>In primul rand ceea ce doreste sa observe. <strong>Unde ii este focusul?</strong> Poate fi tinuta, coafura, sclipirea din ochi&#8230;Personal cautam privirea interlocutorului si stabileam un contact la nivelul ochilor.<br />
In mod sigur <strong>va observa daca ceva nu e la locul sau</strong>. Poate fi prea mult machiaj pe fata sau parul neingrijit, decolteul prea adanc, bijuterii in exces, parfum prea puternic, haine prea stramte sau neadecvate unui interviu. De aceea va recomand <strong>sa acordati atentie detaliilor exterioare</strong>.</p>
<p>In al doilea rand, si in acelasi timp cu prima faza, <strong>apare atitudinea ta</strong>.<br />
Cum esti? Increzator/oare, calm/a umil/a, vesel/a, increzut/a, nervos/oasa, agitat/a&#8230;<br />
Care este emotia care te domina?<br />
Ce crezi tu despre tine in acea ipostaza?<br />
Ce crezi despre compania pentru care candidezi?<br />
Ce crezi tu despre cel cu care urmeaza sa ai intalnirea?<br />
Care este obiectivul tau?</p>
<p><strong>Toate acestea construiesc atitudinea ta.</strong></p>
<p>In al treilea rand <strong>felul in care saluti</strong>. Strangerea mainii (atentie la palmele transpirate si la intensitatea stangerii mainii), contactul vizual, zambetul, intensitatea si caldura vocii atunci cand saluti.</p>
<p>Restul se construieste pe aceasta baza.</p>

Ma refer in special la persoane care deja lucreaza si stiu ce inseamna o <strong>tinuta decenta</strong> cel putin.<br />
Ma bucuram de fiecare data cand un candidat se prezenta la intalnirea cu mine sau cu angajatorul intr-o tinuta adecvata. Da, aceasta este cheia, <strong>tinuta pentru interviu sa fie adecvata postului pe care vrei sa-l ocupi</strong>.<br />
Daca esti manager si ai lucrat pana acum intr-o multinationala cu un salariu foarte bun cumpara-ti un haine care sa reflecte <strong>pozitia, bunastarea si nu in ultimul rand personalitatea</strong>.</p>
<p>Daca esti la prima serie de interviuri din viata ta si vrei sa stii cum <strong>sa te imbraci corect</strong>, iata cateva sugestii:</p>
<p>&#8211; Alege haine care <strong>sa iti acopere trupul si sa-ti dezvaluie personaliatea</strong>.<br />
&#8211; Pentru fete: cel mult machiaj de zi, manichiura ingrijita, taiata scurt, eventual lacuita.<br />
&#8211; Camasa alba este perfecta. Daca poti sa iti cumperi costum e foarte bine.<br />
&#8211; Pantalonul cu dunga sau jeans daca pozitia nu presupune contact direct cu clienti.<br />
&#8211; Alege haine, pantofi si poseta de calitate. Mai bine cumpara doua camasi de calitate decat 5 care dupa prima spalare arata uzate.<br />
&#8211; Cercei micuti, asortati cu pielea si ochii. Fiti zgarcite cu bijuteriile. Putin e mai bine. Ceasul e util.</p>
<p>Fii constient/a ca <strong>orice detaliu conteaza</strong>. Realizeza un intreg unitar, armonios si adecvat. Contribuie la succesul tau.</p>

Minunat !</p>
<p>Stii ca ca jobul respectiv ti se potriveste “manusa” si este ceea ce iti doresti tu sa faci ACUM. Oare este <strong>potrivita pentru tine compania</strong> care tocmai te-a invitat sa te cunoasca? Acum este o oportunitate excelenta sa o <strong>cunosti si tu direct</strong> dincolo de sloganuri, branduri si zvonuri.</p>
<p>Recomandam candidatilor <strong>sa citeasca tot ce exista pe internet</strong> despre compania de care erau interesati. Si le mai spuneam ceva: MIROSITI compania. Ei zambeau si eu ma bucuram ca ii faceam sa zambeasca apoi le explicam: observa tot, simte tot, <strong>lasa-ti intuitia sa functioneze la parametri maximi</strong>, apoi tragi o concluzie.</p>
<p>Are birou de receptie?<br />
Cum sunt imbracate receptionistele?<br />
Abilitatile lor corespund jobului pentru care sunt acolo?<br />
Ti-a cerut si oprit buletinul la intrare sau doar si-a notat cum te numesti?<br />
Cati agenti de paza sunt la intrare?<br />
Este curatenie?<br />
Ai fost primit/a la timp?<br />
Cine te-a intervievat? Recrutorul? Managerul de resurse umane? Managerul de departament? Sau poate chiar directorul general?<br />
Care este atmosfera? Relaxata?  Ca la armata?<br />
Ti se ofera ceva de baut? Cine iti aduce ceea ce ai ales sa bei?</p>
<p>Si aspectele pot continua.</p>
<p>Prima impresie conteaza atat in registrul personal cat si in cel organizational. Si intuitia ta iti ofera cele mai corecte si rafinate informatii. <strong>Observa. Asculta. Simte. Intreaba. Concluzioneaza. Apoi ia o decizie</strong>.</p>
